These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "User") and kag99 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the kag99 website, games, betting services, and all related features. 2. Account Registration and Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account on kag99. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Players found to hold more than one account may have all associated accounts permanently closed and any balances forfeited. When registering, you accept the following obligations:

Where fraud is confirmed, kag99 reserves the right to permanently close the account and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
kag99 supports a range of payment methods suited to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. kag99 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from unmatched payment accounts may be reversed and the account flagged for review.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. kag99 may update minimum deposit thresholds at any time with advance notice to registered players.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, kag99 will contact the account holder directly to arrange a verified alternative.

- kag99 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Always check your mobile banking or card provider's fee schedule before transacting.
All financial transactions on kag99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a transaction is initiated in a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the rate in effect at the time of the transaction. kag99 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for currency conversion losses.
4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
kag99 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms attached to each individual offer:
- Bonuses are credited only after the qualifying deposit or action is confirmed. Bonus credit cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn directly without first completing the applicable wagering requirement.

- kag99 may modify, withdraw, or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited that are currently under an active wagering requirement.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on kag99. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, all balances confiscated, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools not intended for standard player use to place bets, interact with game mechanics, or exploit platform features.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using kag99 to process funds derived from illegal activities. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported under applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing cards or game information in real time during live dealer sessions, or coordinating wagering patterns to exploit bonus structures.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or display glitches to gain a financial advantage. Winnings generated through exploitation of any technical fault — known or unknown — will be voided.
- Providing false or fraudulent identity documents during registration or KYC verification, including impersonating another person or creating accounts on behalf of a third party.
kag99 monitors player activity, transaction patterns, and gameplay data continuously to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts suspected of breaching these rules may be placed under review without prior notice. During a review, withdrawal requests may be suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.
